Occupational Therapy Sessions

Nicole is currently offering private therapy sessions with children and their families Tuesdays - Thursdays between 9 am-5:00 pm.  

Parent consultation is a regular part of Nicole's practice, taking place at a minimum of every 6th treatment session to ensure that families have the support they need to implement OT strategies at home and maximize the likelihood of skill development.  Parent consultations can take place virtually or in person.  

TUESDAYS

Nicole offers OT consultations at her home office, where she has a loft playspace and also utilizes outdoor space (weather permitting) in her gardens and the park and trails beside her house (south end of Guelph).

WEDNESDAYS

Nicole provides OT consultations at Insight Psychology (85 Norfolk St #208, Guelph, ON N1H 4J4).

OTA sessions are available with Jennifer Raftis, who delivers the Construction Crew Speeeed-O-Meter Curriculum at Nicole's home office.

THURSDAYS

Nicole offers OT consultations at her home office 2 Thursdays/month.  She provides OT services for a private school and for Pathways Therapy the other two Thursdays/month.  

OTA sessions are available with Jennifer Raftis, who delivers the Construction Crew Speeeed-O-Meter Curriculum at Nicole's home office 2 Thursdays/month.

 Occupational Therapy Service Rates for 2026: 

OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY Consultations With Nicole - $150/hr 

OTA Sessions with Jennifer - $100 (1:1) and $75 (semi-private)

Please note that Nicole's practice follows the school year calendar, taking March Break, 4 weeks in the summer, and Christmas holidays as a time to spend with her family and recharge.
