Occupational Therapy Sessions

Nicole is currently offering private therapy sessions with children and their families Mondays - Thursdays between 9 am-5:30 pm.  Parent coaching/consultation is a regular part of Nicole's practice, taking place at a minimum of every 5th treatment session, and can take place virtually or in person.  

MONDAYS

Nicole provides consultation for numerous private schools as well as sessions at her home office. 

TUESDAYS

Nicole offers OT sessions at her home office, where she has a loft playspace and also utilizes outdoor space (weather permitting) in her gardens and the park and trails beside her house (south end of Guelph).

WEDNESDAYS

Nicole provides OT assessment, treatment & caregiver consultations at Insight Psychology (85 Norfolk St #208, Guelph, ON N1H 4J4)

THURSDAYS

 Nicole works for Pathways Therapy (KW) directing the OT program for Pathways Ponies (equine-assisted sessions).  This program takes place at Pride Stables (Kitchener) for 12 weeks in the fall and spring.   E-mail Nicole for registration details.

1:1 Occupational Therapy Sessions for 2024 are billed at the following rates:

OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY Home Office & Caregiver Consultations - $125/hr 

SCHOOL/HOME VISITS  $150/hr (due to drive time and mileage)

INSIGHT PSYCHOLOGY SESSIONS - $150/hr

PATHWAYS PONIES SESSIONS - $170/hr & a commitment to 6 sessions minimum (due to additional expenses related to horse care)

Please note that Nicole follows the school year calendar, taking March Break, 4 weeks in the summer, and Christmas holidays as a time to spend with her family and recharge.
